The Guthrie-Smith Arboretum is free to visit and open to the public from October-May. A short 30 minute drive north of Napier, overlooking the picturesque Lake Tutira, you'll find 90 hectares of rolling Hawke's Bay hill country to soak up scenery, wander and explore.
Planted in geographical regions, linked with walkways this special spot is a significant repository for plant and wildlife species, making it quite literally heaven on earth.
