Taylor's Bay is on the other side of Mokotahi Hill from Māhia Beach, home to a small community of resident and holiday homes. The water is generally suitable for family swimming, with the beach providing loads of space for fun and games.
Parking is available alongside the beach, next to Newcastle Road.
