The Water Ride
Keen for a fun challenge? Try 'The Water Ride' trail, starting at Perfume Point in Ahuriri, this 35km ride guides you along the coastline to the quiet neighbourhood of Bayview.
Stop for a real fruit ice cream and stretch the legs before linking up to the wetlands trail. It's an easy ride, with fabulous scenery and as you cycle back through the wetlands there is an abundance of birdlife to spot! Once you've completed the ride grab a cold drink and a platter to end the day and soak up the sun setting over the ocean.
