Of Indian heritage, Ashia Ismail-Singer was raised in Malawi and the UK, before moving to New Zealand. One of four girls, food has always played a big part in her life, and she believes it is one of life’s simple but great pleasures.
She now combines influences from Malawi, the UK and New Zealand into her cooking and is ready to show you how it is done.
During this workshop learn to make a traditional roti along with three different soul-warming curries, and delicious Medjool date dessert, before sitting down to enjoy your feast!
