Created by local hospitality duo Simon and Emma Lillico, Ari is grounded in warm hospitality, seasonal produce, and flavour-driven cooking. The menu draws inspiration from Southern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, celebrating bold yet balanced flavours with a strong connection to Hawke’s Bay growers, producers and winemakers. Open for lunch and dinner, Ari caters to everything from relaxed weekday lunches and shared dinners to private dining, group celebrations and bespoke events.
