French Macarons Baking Class

A 3 hours class focuses on the creation of elegant macarons, from start to finish using the Italian Meringue method and filling with different ganaches (salted butter caramel, chocolate).

We work through the steps from creating the batter, to piping and filling these delicious biscuits.

Mademoiselle Classes are a real French experience (accent included).
