Join fun mindful movement “Not Yoga” Awareness Through Movement® classes to:

Classes are held at the airy, bright and spacious Movement Works Studio in Jervoistown, Napier in a beautiful orchard setting. It’s relaxing just turning up.

There is also an online live class via Zoom available.

The classes are suitable to all levels as you always move at your own pace and level of comfort.
Classes run as a 4-week term for $65 (@ one class per week).

Monday 5.30pm - 6.30pm (Studio)
Monday 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Studio)
Tuesday 9.30am - 10.30am (Online)
Thursday 9.30am - 10.30am (Studio)

If you miss a class that you've paid for, you get an audio recording that you can do in your own time at home for the next 2 weeks.
