Wanna write, but never seem to find the time? We're opening the library early just so our writer friends have a quiet place to write all morning. It'll get a little noisier once the LARPers arrive, and again when we open to the public at 1pm. We'll provide breakfast and make sure the tea and coffee is flowing all day. Come for breakfast, stay all day, or just drop in when you can, to meet with your fellow writers.
Registrations required for arrivals before 1pm. Register through the Hastings Libraries website. Limited numbers. Suitable for ages 18+
We may take photos or video recording during events and programmes which may be used in Council promotional material.
This programme is designed for adults (18+) to enjoy nerdy fun and build community connections. While we know kids and teens love geeking out too, we have plenty of events throughout the year just for them or for all ages to enjoy together. This one, however, is strictly for adults.
