HBCFCT OPEN DAY

42 Percival Rd, Hastings

The Hawke's Bay Community Fitness Centre trust is opening it's doors for everybody to come in and watch or participate in all the facilities run by the HBCFCT trust. This is a free event but we will be accepting gold coin donations to go towards the Hawke's Bay Flood Relief Fund.

At the new Hawke's Bay Regional Aquatic Centre you can come and try out the regions only 50m pool, trial an AquaFit class, participate in Water Safety lesson activities and have a dip in the learners pool.

Next door at the EIT Institute of Sport & Health you can visit Royston Health & Fitness Centre, our community gym, and see all the amazing new gear we have and try out a fitness class for free!

At the Performance Gym you will see some of our up and coming athletes training, test your strength and power with our S & C Coaches and see what it's like to train in a heat chamber, just like Greg Murphy did in the lead up to Bathurst!

In the Sports Hall we will be running Education Outside the Classroom activities and games so you can see what we do with our school groups that come through the HBCFCT programmes.

The 13th Stag Cafe will be open with yummy food and drinks as well as Gina's food truck on site.
The Sport & Health Clinic will have an information stall for enquiries.
