This Is the Fourth Convoy of Five Planned Nationally to Support Julian and R860020 in a Convoy of Land-rover Supporters to Accompany Him on His Journey North and to Bid Him Farewell from Their District.
Starting at the End of January, Dr Julian Paton Will Be Driving Awareness of Rheumatic Heart Disease Rhd). Rheumatic Heart Disease Destroys the Lives of Around 1,400 Children in New Zealand Each Year.

To Bring Attention to This Devastating Disease and Raise Research Funds for the Cure and Prevention - Dr Paton, with the Support of Land-rover New Zealand - Will Be Completing a Journey from Dunedin in the South, to Auckland in the North, in New Zealand’s Oldest Land-rover R860020' - Production Car 20 off the Assembly Line in Solihull in 1948.

Julian Is Due to Arrive in Napier on Thursday Afternoon Th February 2025.
Art Deco Napier Kicks off 13 thru to 16 Feb-25, Along with Cyclone Gabriel Commemorations Are Also on the Friday Th - Same Day As Valentines Day – so the Streets and Surrounding Area Will Be Buzzing!

Planning of the Actual Route to Avoid Road Closures for Art-deco’ Is Still Being Worked Through – but You Will Be Briefed on the Day. We Are Looking at Various Iconic Landmarks for Photo Opportunities Such As the National Tobacco Co.’ Building on Bridge Street and Parading Emerson Street.

From the City We Head North Through Bayview to Stop for Photos at the Eskdale Church to Acknowledge the Nd Anniversary of Cyclone Gabrielle.

Next Stop Is Eskironz Museum, 1133 Waipunga Rd, Eskdale. Donation Entry for Drive4hearts.
For Everyone with Good Radiators the Convoy Will Continue on to the Wind Farm at Harapaki at the Top of the Maungaharuru Range @ M.

All Vehicles Are Welcome to Continue on As Far As They Would like to Accompany Julian and ‘20’ North.
