Village Green

Located just alongside the Village Pools, the Village Green is the undisputed king of playgrounds in Havelock North.

In April 2017 the Village Green was reopened to the public after almost 10 months of renovation work. In all its shiny new glory, the revamped Village Green now includes:

• A brand new skate park
• Extensive kids playground complete with water activities.
• Three tall climbing poles, a xylophone made of metal pipes and much more

For those looking for a slightly different challenge, the playground also includes areas for table tennis and chess.

Top tip

There's plenty of cafes within a short walk from the park, so parents and caregivers, grab a coffee before you head to the Green (the kids might be there a while).
