Paritua are opening up the library of past vintages, and Chef Dan Grennan of Deliciosa is opening the back catalogue of classic food matches.
This is the perfect event to while away a winter’s afternoon, with six courses of delicious cuisine all matched to Paritua’s wine, known for their exceptional quality and unique flavour profiles.
There will be magnums; there will be an abundance of flavour; and there will be classic sounds. So, where else would you want to be?
Ticket price includes Champagne on arrival, six courses of classic food and wine matches, hosted by Paritua’s Jason Stent & Ollie Kettle & by Deliciosa’s Dan Grennan & Sarah Watson. Tickets will be sold by table groupings of 2, 4, 6 and 8.

Running twice a year, F.A.W.C! is a chance to get up close and personal with chefs and food producers, wine makers and the clever people that make up the New Zealand food and wine scene. F.A.W.C!
