We were founded in 1926 and since then we have continued to produce high quality premium ice cream from local natural ingredients using the same traditional methods and recipes that we inherited from our founder Frederick Rush Munro. Our luxury ice cream is 100% natural. You’ll notice whole berries and pieces of fruit in our fruit ice creams because we only use real fruit. No nasty artificial colourings, preservatives additives or flavours are used. In fact we’re remarkably fussy when it comes to selecting sun-ripened fruit to trap that 'just picked' flavor. We use farm-fresh cream and whole milk, fresh eggs, pure cane sugar and the finest local produce.
