An all-fermenting workshop.

Saturday, we have 2 workshop sessions and a lunch included

Saturday morning 10 am – 12.30 pm

make Farmhouse Kitchen Kraut or a spicier one like Kimchi

Shape and bake sourdough bread and pasta

Make fresh goat's Chèvre

Shared Lunch included 12.30 – 2pm

With fresh-baked sourdough and pasta

Saturday 2pm – 5pm

Churn Milk kefir cream into butter and sour cream

Sourdough pastries
