The CREATE Symposium returns to Hawke's Bay on Thursday 13 August, 8.30am to 4.30pm, at the Havelock North Function Centre, hosted by Ngā Toi Creative Hawke's Bay in partnership with Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Inc and supported by Creative New Zealand.
The symposium brings together leaders, innovators and connectors from the creative, business and community sectors across Aotearoa to collaborate, inspire and explore all things CREATE-ive.
Keynotes include David Trubridge, one of Aotearoa's most prominent creatives, bringing fresh perspectives on regenerative creative practice, and Dr Jeremy MacLeod (Ngāti Kahungunu), a leader in Māori language revitalisation and community development.
The day includes hands-on masterclasses and expert roundtables led by local innovators, plus networking and practical knowledge on what genuine collaboration looks like. You'll leave with resources, new connections and a few ideas you didn't expect.
This year's symposium has partnered with The Profit Unleashed evening event at The Atrium in Hastings. A combo ticket covers both. Make it a full day.
