Begin your day with Rodney Dunn of Agrarian Kitchen & Casey McDonald, of Craggy Range, joined by Head Gardener Jennifer Lyons for a guided garden walk through the Craggy Range Culinary Gardens. The afternoon continues with an immersive, hands-on masterclass led by Rodney, demonstrating the craft of making fresh ricotta or burrata, hosted within the serene surrounds of the brand new Lodge at Craggy Range.
The experience concludes with a long lunch in the Lodge courtyard: a generous, soulful menu crafted collaboratively by Casey and Rodney, celebrating peak-season produce, traditional techniques, and the joy of shared table dining.
