Paekākāriki bands "The New Things" and "The Interlopers" along with Kirikiriroa's own "Halcyon Birds" are road tripping it to Napier to play the Paisley Stage. Join us for an evening of chill mix of music genres for your ear holes.

The New Things bring you crush songs, uncanny pop, weird musings, and baseless libel, direct from surf suburb, Paekākāriki. Genre breaking and something for everyone!
Four-piece Halcyon Birds play jangly iridescent tunes. Their intricate compositions and intimate performances convey a vulnerability reminiscent of the music of Cat Power, Low or Jason Molina.
Interlopers are a unique combo of acoustic guitar, bass and cello with a penchant for time-honoured melodic hooks and lyrical wit and wisdom. Informed by indie, post-punk and alt-country traditions, this trio of ageing Gen-Xers reckon it's never too late to seize their 15 minutes of fame.
