Down with the System Tribute feat. Awarewolves and Crate

Local legends Down with the System will be paying tribute to the illustrious System of a Down, performing songs ranging their entire catalogue of music. This act are a must see whether you are a die hard fan of the band or a casual enjoyer of heavy music, there is something here for everyone.

Awarewolves are Eduardo Perez as “El Shadow” on Bass and lead vocals, Kane Raisey as “Ol’ Mr Skull” on Guitar and B.V’s, and Jaxon Mitchell a.k.a “Party Wolf” on Drums and growls. Their adopted personas manifest on stage as 3 larger than life characters who embody different aspects of our human nature, and poke fun at some of our internal conflicts and the strange things we observe around us. In just 2 years the showmen have gone from crafting their songs and rehearsing for the local live scene, to pre-production, studio recording, and now the greatly anticipated release of their 9-track debut album – “AwareWolves: The Great Awakening”.

CRATE are brand new to the scene, bringing their own take on classic thrash blended with elements of nu-metal and crushing riffs. This band features members from bands such as Gunt, Post Natal Abortion, and even the mighty Heterodox. With their powers combined they have their sights set on creating a world where every day is CRATE day.
