F.A.W.C! Food & Wine Classic Hawke’s Bay is a delicious series of out of the box seasonal food and wine events held twice a year throughout Hawke’s Bay.
Not for the faint hearted, F.A.W.C! is a ten-day food and wine full body assault with guests often left dazed with delight as they wipe their mucky chins and lick their plates clean.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously – F.A.W.C! is about catching up with friends, making new ones and just having a good time while enjoying exceptional cuisine served up by an outstanding array of talent.

This year's programme features all manner of events from intimate dinners, to fancy soirees, vertical Chardonnay tastings to Champagne brunches plus masterclasses and other hands on sessions where you can learn from the culinary talent that we so admire. Plus tuck into some delicious morsels washed down with perfectly matched Hawke's Bay drops while you're there. This is one tasty event series you don't want to miss!
New to Summer F.A.W.C! for 2018 is F.A.W.C! Day Out - a one-day taste of Hawke's Bay, staged at Black Barn Vineyards. Enjoy food masterclasses, wine masterclasses, Al Brown's oyster bar, cheese tasting with Juliet Harbutt, a Hawke's Bay Grill featuring local chefs, along with a market round full of wineries, breweries and artisan producers.
