Art Deco Masonic Hotel Executive Chef Damon McGinniss has been selected as one of five Ambassador Chefs by Beef + Lamb New Zealand.
For Damon this is the third time he’s been selected as Ambassador, the first whilst working at Art Deco Masonic Hotel.
Ambassador Chefs are selected for their passion and talent for cooking with New Zealand beef and lamb, driving innovation and creativity within the food service sector, and ultimately helping to shape our country’s food story.
For the sixth year in a row, Emporium Eatery & Bar has also been awarded The 2018 Beef and Lamb Excellence Award.
