Established in 2017, Muse is a contemporary art gallery located in the new Porters Hotel development in the heart of Havelock North. When visiting there is always a lot to see, whether it’s the ever-changing exhibition space showcasing new original work, or the accessible stockroom area with its bespoke storage racks that slide out so you can make your own discoveries. Owner Kaye Mc Garva, an artist herself, sources work from some of the best local talent as well as emerging and established artists from around New Zealand. As well as art, Muse is a destination for unique homewares and gifts with our carefully curated range of craft and design objects, including ceramics and jewellery. We are also stockists of iconic Australian company, Dinosaur Designs. Be prepared to be inspired.
