Photographers Gallery Hawke's Bay & Kitchen Table Cafe
Once the Red Cross Hall in Napier, Shayne and Cath Jeffares thought it perfect to combine their love for photography, art, people and food, and in 2011 opened the Gallery and Kitchen Table Cafe.
The Gallery showcases Photography from around the country, as well as touring exhibitions, and has been selected to showcase the World Press Exhibition for 2012, in Hawkes Bay. February sees the gallery working with Wellington Gallery, Suite, in bringing several well respected Photographers to Hawkes Bay, for the first time.
Shayne's aim is to create sales for his exhibitors, by people seeing the work on the walls, at the same time creating an awareness and appreciation of photography as art. As well, a dedicated area for students is being established in early 2012, Holiday workshops for children, and some great exhibitors, keep the venue a place to enjoy at any time. The Photogrpahers Gallery can also be used as a Conference Venue and photographer services can be provided.

Cath and her cafe team, were voted first in hospitality and new emerging business in the Napier Marketing Awards 2011. More than just a cafe, The Kitchen Table, brings fun, laughter and great food and coffee to this iconic retro building in Tennyson Street Napier.
The Gallerys own cafe, The Kitchen Table, has its place in the heart of the Gallery! An eclectic mix of retro , fabulous food and great Allpress coffee, the kitchen table is a fun relaxed space to spend an hour with friends.
