Fancy taking a bite out of the Hawke’s Bay Trails this Easter?
The Big Easy on the Hawke’s Bay Trails is the ultimate antidote to all those serious lycra laden cycling events held across the country.
The Hawke’s Bay Trails are flat, cruisy and over 200kms of fabulous!
Saturday April 4th will see us riding out from the Havelock North Village Green (aka the Havelock North Domain), heading out on Te Mata Road to hit the Hawke’s Bay Trails.
Riders will be released in waves this year to help with any start line congestion.
After enjoying 45km of tasty stops, you will aim to finish at Church Road Winery for the finale party and concert which starts at 2pm (but if you take longer that’s ok, it means you are enjoying all the distractions along the way!).
This year we are including a family start in Clive to help little legs (and those not so little legs) make it to the finish line.
And, we are introducing The Big Easy Warm-up Ride on the brand new Central Hawke's Bay Rotary River Pathway on Good Friday, April 3rd.
Register now to book your place. Adults $30 and Kids (12 and under) $10. For that you get a seriously top notch t-shirt, concert entry and access to the Big Easy deals on the route so you can stop, sip and sup your way along the ride. Spots are limited at the Havelock North start so book early to avoid missing out!
Transport can be booked to transfer you between the start and the end of the ride, so you don't have to worry about driving.
