Trinity Hill Winery
Trinity Hill is referred to as an iconic New Zealand winery because we consistently produce superb examples of traditional and innovative wine varieties. We pride ourselves on crafting wines that are especially food friendly.
Our small size allows us to concentrate on making exceptional wines - be they from our premium Gimblett Gravels and Single Vineyard selections or our excellent value Hawke's Bay range.
We welcome visitors to our Cellar Door, located at the winery in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels wine region. Originally a barrel hall, it is an impressive space with five(!) metre-high ceilings and a great view of our white barrel hall through the huge sliding glass door. The Cellar Door team are a knowledgeable and friendly bunch who will guide you through our wines and answer your questions. There is always a wide selection available for tasting. There may even have a bottle of something “not on the list” for you to try.
Tasting fees apply for groups larger than 10.

Summer (October through Easter) 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
Winter (Easter through September) 11.00 am – 4.00 pm
