From Milk Kefir to Butter

Pauline has found a new passion! Milk kefir Grains! She used to make milk kefir grains as a drink, as it reminded her of the Buttermilk in the Netherlands. 

But she has now learned how to use these milk kefir grains to make Yogurt, Sour Cream, Butter and even a Goats Chèvre.
