Then this 5-week series of Awareness Through Movement classes is for you.
You will be verbally guided through fresh, interesting lessons that will help:
- Improve your posture
- Relieve strain on your neck and shoulders
- Make you feel great
The lessons are based on the Feldenkrais Method, a way of moving and learning to improve your everyday activities. You move at your own speed and comfort - no sweating or stretching.

What to bring:
Just you and clothes that you can move in easily (recommend to wear trousers and to bring a sweater).
You can park at the venue for free (first in, first served) and paid parking ($1/hr) is also available across the road.
