F.A.W.C! This is the BBC - Bangers, Beer & Fermented Cabbage

A drink and demonstration with a difference, this Sauerkraut and Sausage making session is Oktoberfest inspired fun with Holly Bacon and Brave Brewing Co. During the morning half the class will enjoy a hands on session crafting their own batch of sausages, whilst the other group are one block down the street at Brave Brewing Co enjoying a beer tasting and in-depth chat with Brave beer master Matt Smith. Both groups will then do the ole switcheroo to cover both activities before meeting back up at the Holly Bacon kitchen for the judging of the “BBC Best Sausage” over a sausage and sauerkraut lunch with tasty Ya Bon ciabatta, washed down with a Brave beer.

Ticket price includes: Beer tasting at Brave Brewery Co, sausage and sauerkraut making workshop and takeaway sausages with Holly Bacon and a lunch of sausages, sauerkraut, pickles, and mustard.
