Cookbook Author Stu Frith Talks Jams, Chutneys & Relishes

If you love jams, chutneys, relishes and baking then you don't want to miss this talk given by Cookbook Author Stu Frith at the monthly baking club meeting at the library.

Stu has written Stu's Kitchen: Taste Bud Testing, a cookbook with basic New Zealand recipes that has done well in America and at home in New Zealand.

All of Stu's fruit for his jams come from Hawkes Bay and his ingredients for his yummy chutneys. It's a free event so come out and let's talk baking! Plus, have fun tasting jam and chutneys. Stu would love to hear your baking stories and recipes from your kitchen.
