All 23 units are ground floor, and have recently been fully refurbished with the latest of appointments. Off Road parking is free. Air-conditioning some units

Most units are equipped with either a spa or spa bath. The Marineland Motel is the only motel in Napier with a large, indoor heated salt water swimming pool. We are equipped with a modern children’s playground.

We have a licensed a-la-carte restaurant serviced by internationally experienced chef's on-site and are located within easy walking distance of a variety of other bars, restaurants and cafe's.

Units are equipped with LCD TVs & free internet connection. Complementary transport to/from public transport.
