i-SITE's are the official network of Visitor Information Centres in New Zealand. Within Hawkes Bay there are three official i-SITES in Napier, Hastings and Wairoa as well as one associated member located in Central Hawke's Bay, and an independent information centre in Havelock North.
i-SITE services include assistance in planning and booking your Hawkes Bay and New Zealand holiday. Hawkes Bay Visitor Information Centres can arrange accommodation, tours and activities and events. Internet, email and luggage storage facilities are also available. The centres also have an excellent selection of gifts and souvenirs.

The Hastings i-SITE Visitor Centre is situated in the magnificent Westermans Building, a fine example of Spanish Mission architecture. Cnr Russell Street and Heretaunga Street, Hastings.

The Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre is situated next to the Soundshell on Marine Parade and also offers the same services with a friendly smile. Many tours leave from the centre and during summer season shuttles run between the i-SITE and Napier Port.
