Hawke's Bay Inc has generic Hawke's Bay Wine Country images exclusively available to the media and travel trade for the sole purpose of promoting Hawke's Bay Wine Country as a tourist destination.

Terms of Use
The images on this website are protected under copyright and other laws of New Zealand, and under international conventions, and similar laws abroad.  Unless otherwise stated, copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the images, is owned or controlled by Hawke's Bay Tourism. These images may not be altered or modified in any way. 

Images are available for use for the marketing and promotion of Hawke's Bay as a tourist destination and for no other purpose. 

Rights to images are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Images will be made available to the following user groups:
(some conditions may apply)

• Media associated with tourism
• Travel trade – inbound tour operators and wholesalers
• Other tourism organisations (TNZ, RTOs)
• Specific images may be available to other related promotional groups on a case by case basis subject to conditions set by Hawke's Bay Tourism

Images will NOT be made available to:
Commercial entities where the primary focus is the product being sold rather than the destination of Hawke's Bay.

Acknowledgement:
All images used must have the following approved caption, ‘Hawke's Bay Inc'. Incorrect labelling and/or failure to acknowledge that an image is from Hawke's Bay Tourism will be viewed as a breach of these terms and conditions of use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawke's Bay Tourism disclaims all responsibly for any damages or losses (including, without limitation, financial loss, damages or loss of business, loss of profits or savings, direct and indirect or consequential losses) arising in contract, tort (including, negligence) or otherwise from the use of, or inability to use the images or from any action or decision taken as a result of using the images.
