Hawkes Bay Wine Country Marine Assets are completely unique being the only Catamaran and Duck operators in the area.  They also operate jet boat rides and wine tours on their luxury coach.

With their range of activities and experience in the industry, they’re able to showcase the very best of Hawkes Bay. Whether by land or sea, they are experts at providing fun and memorable experiences while in the Bay.

Cat: The Hawkes Bay Wine Country Cat is a local’s highlight. Boarding from Ahuriri, the Cat takes you on a stunning sea view cruise where you can relax and take in they Bay’s beauty. Choose from a lunch or dinner cruise and enjoy a delicious two-course meal overlooking the sea. Or board one of our regular short cruises with drinks and nibbles on the back deck.

Duck: Hawkes Bays one and only amphibious Duck takes you on a one-hour tour, showing you our Art Deco highlights. It’s a fun and informative way to learn about the area. The tour has spectacular views as it drives through Napier, then straight into the sea before heading back to the Information Centre. Tours depart from the I-Site at 10.30am, 1.30pm and 3.00pm daily.

Duck All round tour: Start off with our typical Duck tour, before boarding our bus for a visit to Church Road Winery and The Filter Room.

Bus: We couldn't let you visit our region without offering what we are most famous for. Relax in some of our award winning boutique wineries while you enjoy a gourmet meal and taste our distinguished wines. We will take your group on a scenic drive to some of our best wineries where you can sample the local wines.

Depending on the tastes and interests of your group we can alter your tours to suit your interests. A popular option is to visit the local honey factory or the local breweries for the beer lovers. Our bus can also be used as a free courtesy vehicle for groups boarding the dinner or lunch cruise.

Jet: Our Jet Boat is powered by a 350hp V8 Chevy engine and can carry up to 10 people. Thrill seekers will love this exciting 30 minute ride on the water, guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping!
