The Napier War Memorial Conference Centre is a completely air conditioned facility that offers a range of complimentary sized rooms that can be used in combination or on their own. All have been carefully set up with attention to detail that is not only pleasing to the eye but ensures an excellent platform for any function. Choose from an expansive ballroom, our functionable exhibition hall, a gallery, two well presented conference breakout rooms and a Board Room. Located in the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre's foyer are the extended Memorial Roll of Honour and the Eternal Flame.
BallroomPerfect for a wedding, conference or product launch. Whatever the occasion, the Napier War Memorial Conference Centre's Ballroom provides the perfect venue for any large function. We have our own full-time catering service and in-house audio-visual equipment to ensure your requirements are well attended to.
Exhibition Hall & GalleryThis venue has been designed to allow for nearly every form of visual presentation. In conjunction with our spectacular Gallery, these rooms and the Ballroom provide vistas of interest, drawing the viewer into exhibition and display areas.
Breakout RoomsThe Napier War Memorial Conference Centre also offers two breakout rooms for small conferences or group workshops. The larger of these two rooms has a maximum capacity of 150 people.
